86 & Norman currently only ships within the United States.
Orders will be sent via USPS First Class, USPS Priority or FedEx within 10 business days of ordering (Orders during sales and custom orders ship in 12-15 business days). After your order ships you will be sent an email notification with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours before tracking information updates on the USPS or FedEx Tracking site.
If you would like a faster shipping method, please contact me before ordering so that we can discuss shipping options.

You may return most new items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in the condition in which they Ire received. I'll also pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be given in the amount of the item price and do not include original shipping charges as those charges have already been paid to the postal service and are not refunded if you return your item.
Custom orders and samples are not returnable.
If you need to return an item, please contact me with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. I will respond as soon as possible with instructions for how to return items from your order.
If you received a damaged order, please notify me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of your order being delivered. Please include your order number and pictures of your damaged items and the packaging in your email.
